New Patients

When We First Meet

Our office is designed to make you feel comfortable and at home. We genuinely want to get to know you so we can provide the best care possible. To help us serve you better, please fill out your patient information ahead of time. If you're using insurance, don't forget to bring your insurance card and a valid photo ID.
When you arrive, one of our friendly staff members will greet you, give you a tour of the office, and then share a brief introductory video about chiropractic care.

To make your visit smoother, we recommend completing the necessary forms before your first visit.

Consultation

After your initial welcome, you’ll meet with Dr. Collin Precour or one of our Chiropractic Assistants. This is your chance to share your story—we want to hear what’s been going on. We’ll ask questions like:

What happened? Were you injured or in an accident?
Have other treatments failed to bring relief?
What activities have you had to give up due to pain or discomfort?
What are you hoping to get back to—picking up your grandkids, returning to the tennis court, or performing better at work?
We listen carefully to fully understand how your issue is affecting your life.

Evaluation

Once we understand your goals and concerns, we’ll begin your evaluation. Dr. Collin Precour will check your range of motion, strength, reflexes, and look for any misalignments or subluxations that may need correction.

If necessary—especially if there’s a history of injury, arthritis, or potential fractures—we may take X-rays to ensure it’s safe to proceed with adjustments.
Depending on the severity of your condition, Dr. Precour may or may not adjust you on the first visit. In many cases, he prefers to review all test results thoroughly before beginning treatment.
Please allow about one hour for your first visit.

Your Follow-Up Visit: The Second Visit

We aim to schedule your second visit the next day or as soon as it's convenient for you. In the meantime, we carefully review your health history, exam results, and any X-rays or scans. We’ll also verify your insurance so you’ll know exactly what’s covered.
During this visit, Dr. Collin Precour will walk you through his Report of Findings, answering the four key questions every patient wants to know:

What’s wrong?
Can you help me?
How long will it take?
How much will it cost?

This is a great time to ask questions, clarify your options, and work with Dr. Precour to determine the best approach—whether you're seeking pain relief, corrective care, or ongoing wellness support.
